How to Use:
Rub on temples when first waking up for a refreshing experience, or during times when you need to focus.
Massage oil onto the back of your neck to aid in relieving tension. Dilute with a carrier oil to reduce the chance of skin sensitivity.
Diffuse 3-4 drops in diffuser to provide an uplifting and refreshing scent in the room.
